HOW TO PLAY
Rake is a prediction game built around Hopkins baseball. No money. No experience needed. Just your gut and a few free points.
Pick a question
Before each game, we post questions about what might happen — things like "Will the Flyers score 5+ runs?" or "Will Saladino get a hit?" Browse the open markets and find one you have a feel for.
Put points on your answer
Everyone starts with free points. Wager however many you want on YES or NO (or whichever options are available). The more you put in, the more you can win — but also the more you can lose.
Watch the game
Your prediction locks in before first pitch. Then you just watch and see if you called it right. No refreshing, no stress — just baseball.
Winners split the pot
Everyone who picked correctly splits the total pool proportional to how much they put in. Get it right and your points grow. Get it wrong and they're gone — until the next game.
EXAMPLE
Will the Flyers score 5+ runs?
500 pts in pool · 10 predictions
Most people picked NO. You think the Flyers are hot, so you put 100 pts on YES.
FLYERS SCORE 5+
+140 pts
you get 240 back
THEY DON'T
−100 pts
you lose your stake
Because you went against the crowd, a correct call pays more. If you had picked NO with everyone else, a win would only net you around +29 pts.
THE MORE YOU PLAY, THE BETTER YOU GET
Build your balance by making smart calls game after game. Climb the leaderboard. Brag about it.
